Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven site management or construction supervision experience in the Philippines.
• Relevant safety certifications or local construction credential are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities within the designated area, including work organization, project progress, quality, and safety management
• Coordinate the deployment of personnel and ensure proper coordination and sequencing of work processes
• Monitor compliance with work procedures and safety measures
• Report site issues to management and ensure the proper implementation of instructions from engineers and project management
• Provide reporting to update upper management
