Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in equipment management and earthworks operations.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operations, maintenance and utilization.
• Driver License (code B).

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance, utilization and performance of all equipment.
• Supervise daily operation and deployment of construction equipment.
• Monitor operators for safe operation and address concerns.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and used per procedures.
• Report and investigate equipment incidents to minimize downtime.
• Conduct trade tests and competency assessments for new operators before hiring.
