Job summary

P.A. Alvarez Properties And Development Corporation in Biñan/San Pedro, Laguna seeks a Senior HR Associate for Recruitment responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from job ads to onboarding.

You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and feedback, ensuring records and payroll-related files are accurate. Experience in real estate or construction is preferred, with strong Microsoft Office skills and solid communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Behavioral Science.
• With at least three (3) to five (5) years work experience in Recruitment; preferably with background in the Real Estate or Construction industry.
• With strong background in Candidate Sourcing using various channels (e.g. Job portals, LinkedIn, social media, passive candidate search, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• With good communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Willing to be assigned in Biñan or San Pedro, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Prepares internal and external job advertisements, web posting specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the company’s recruitment standards and business needs.
• Conducts sourcing, CV screening, initial interviews and selects candidates and provides feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the position’s selection criteria.
• Contacts candidates and arranges interview schedules in coordination with the requisitioning head so that interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably.
• Ensures that all hiring papers, pre-employment requirements and onboarding kit are complete and updated
• Administers background investigation, prepares 201 files, conducts corporate and project site orientation to newly hired employees.
• Encodes newly hired employees’ information in the HRIS and biometrics.
• Attends job fairs and other recruitment venues to increase pool of potential candidates; establish tie-ups with other organizations.
• Facilitates ATM account opening
• Ensures availability of onboarding materials, office supplies and recruitment forms.
• Performs other HR-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
