Job summary

KER Systems & Solutions Corp. in the Philippines seeks a Formwork QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality, safety, and reliability of equipment and steel fabrication, conducting inspections and testing to meet engineering specs.

Based at the Santo Tomas warehouse, you will supervise inspection, testing, returns, and fabrication activities, coordinate with Design, Sales, Warehouse, and Fabrication teams, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Must be a Licensed Engineer (PRC License required).
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in QA/QC, equipment inspection, steel fabrication, construction, or formwork and falsework.
• Knowledge and experience in steel fabrication, including fabrication processes, welding, dimensional inspection, and quality control.
• Experience in material and equipment testing, including preparation of test requirements, coordination of testing, monitoring of test procedures, and evaluation of test results.
• Knowledge of formwork and falsework systems, equipment, materials, and fabrication processes is an advantage.
• Experience in equipment inspection, damage assessment, material testing, and quality control is preferred.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail in identifying defects and quality issues.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures, inspection methods, welding quality, and applicable engineering and safety standards.
• Good documentation, reporting, communication, and coordination skills.
• Willing to work primarily at the Santo Tomas warehouse and supervise equipment inspection, testing, returns, and steel fabrication activities.
• Ability to coordinate with Design, Sales, Warehouse, and Fabrication teams and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to maintaining the quality, reliability, and safety of company equipment.
