Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a QA/QC professional to oversee quality assurance and quality control for structural steel fabrication and erection projects in Hinoba-an, Negros Occidental, Philippines. Qualifications

• QA/QC activities for structural steel fabrication and erection per drawings and standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC activities for structural steel fabrication and erection in accordance with drawings, project specs, codes, ITPs, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with fabrication teams, site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and third-party inspectors for inspections, testing, and documentation.
• Verify welding qualifications, WPS/PQR, NDT, bolt torque checks, alignment, and erection tolerances; manage NCRs and punch lists.
• Maintain inspection and test records, test certificates, and handover documentation; monitor quality performance and drive corrective actions.
