Job summary

NIUM seeks an Executive - Operations in the Philippines to manage end-to-end forex product delivery, currency notes, and remittance documentation. You will handle cash, ensure accurate forex processing, verify identities, and maintain data integrity while delivering cards and remittance docs.

The role combines operational execution with customer service, requiring strict adherence to KYC/AML, RBI guidelines, and internal policies, while collaborating with branch, logistics, and back-office teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Finance/Commerce preferred).
• 1-2 years in cash handling or forex operations or logistics is desirable.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of forex products, exchange rates, KYC/AML, and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to plan efficient delivery routes and optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage secure, timely delivery of currency notes, prepaid/refillable cards, remittance documents, and related products to clients; process forex transactions.
• Verify client identity, collect required docs, address queries, and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate cash balances, perform daily reconciliation, log transactions in forex software, ensure data integrity.
• Follow KYC/AML procedures and regulatory guidelines; report suspicious activity; uphold security in product delivery.
• Plan delivery routes, log deliveries/transacions, coordinate with branch and back-office teams for seamless operations.
