Job summary

BNP Paribas Solutions Philippines Branch in Manila seeks an experienced Operations Leader to manage Remittances, Domestic transfers, and Deposits across the APAC region, coordinating India and Philippines COE.

You will drive process improvements, risk controls, and stakeholder management, leading multisite teams and delivering timely reporting to senior management.

A 15+ year track record in cash management and payments, plus strong governance and AI initiative exposure, is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in leading Cash Management and Payments Operations.
• Experience managing multi-cultural teams.
• Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for Remittances, Domestic, Deposits & Investigations for APAC region.
• Functionally responsible for all Cross Border Remittances teams for APAC region (India and Philippines COE).
• Ensure Accuracy, SLA compliance & service delivery standards.
• Own outstanding & unreconciled entries; implement/monitor control plans; contribute to Operations Permanent Control framework.
