Job summary

Lulu International Exchange LLC in the Philippines seeks an experienced professional to lead banknote operations, ensuring timely currency movement, inventory control, profitability, and full regulatory compliance. The role collaborates with Dealing, CPC branches, and external counterparties, providing day-to-day guidance and technical support to the Banknotes team.

Training will cover end-to-end Banknotes operations for operational readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in banknote operations or treasury/cash operations.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Experience with AML/CFT and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage currency supply and inventory across vaults and locations.
• Coordinate currency buy/sell requirements with Dealing Department and ensure timely availability.
• Record and reconcile banknote dealings in approved systems and maintain customer/transaction records.
• Maintain counterfeit detection controls and loss-prevention measures.
• Oversee import/export currency movements with overseas counterparties and logistics teams.
