Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and administer daily performance of tasks related to Forex and Remittance.
• Reconcile Foreign Exchange and Dollar Remit Fund with daily system reports.
• Ensure display rates are updated according to broadcast rates.
• Handle and resolve escalated customer queries and complaints.
