Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc is seeking an administrative support professional based in Ortigas to assist with ROPA booking documentation, WOP petition filing, and database maintenance for the ROPA-NAFS system.

You will support the foreclosure processing team, coordinate with the Legal Team on payment requests, and handle related tasks as assigned; must be onsite and possess a Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years in banking or real estate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduate.
• 2–3 years of experience in banking, real estate, legal and remedial management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be willing to be assigned and work onsite in Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Gathers or collates documents necessary for ROPA booking of accounts.
• Processes publication billings through the Purchasing System.
• Assists the Legal Team in processing requests for payment of litigation expenses through the Purchasing System, including reimbursements.
• Assists the business team in the liquidation of revolving fund for RD Fees.
• Facilitate vehicle requests of the team.
• Performs other related tasks as may be assigned to her by the Team or the Unit.
