Nityo Infotech Services Philippines Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an APAC & IMEA Forecasting & Sales Planning Manager to lead forecasting, analytics and cross‑functional planning.

You will guide short and long term plans down to account level, collaborating with Regional and Product leaders to support growth and top line guidance. The role requires strong analytical, leadership and cross‑functional communication skills, plus English fluency and a track record in Sales Forecasting and Demand

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Finance, IT, Math, Engineering or similar.
10 years of work experience.
5 years working experience in Sales Forecasting and Demand Planning.
Advanced analytical and computer skills (Excel / PowerPoint).
Programming in Excel Macro, PBI and Visual Basic is a must.
English fluency and good communication skills.
Good leader and team player with strategic thinking and perspective.

Responsibilities

Lead forecasting and analysis activities.
Design and manage databases for analytics and insights.
Develop actionable insights from data.
Manage and develop people.
