Copeland is seeking a Senior Forecasting & Sales Planning Manager to lead the regional sales insight and optimization across APAC, MEA, and India. You will guide cross-functional teams, develop long-range plans, and manage budgets and quarterly reviews to drive top-line growth.

The role requires strong analytical leadership, proficiency in data architecture and reporting, and the ability to translate market drivers into accurate forecasts and actionable insights for regional executives.

• Maintain Sales Outlook database with Risk & Opportunity analysis.
• Lead regional reviews down to account and product level.
