APAC & IMEA Forecasting & Sales Planning Manager
Key role supporting sales and account insight and optimization across APAC & IMEA regions. Working closely with regional and product vertical leaders to project short and long‑term plans to account level.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic long‑range plans and budgets, plus short‑term operational plans.
- Maintain deep understanding of segments, regions, verticals, and product families.
- Participate in strategy planning meetings, budget reviews, quarterly and monthly business reviews.
- Assess risk and opportunity, help optimize business and account level results.
- Provide timely insights to business performance through executive dashboards and analysis.
- Lead the development of statistical and collaborative sales forecasts using historical data, market drivers, and cross‑functional input.
- Guide quality of forecasts and recommend forecast adjustments to regional leaders.
- Prepare and maintain the sales outlook database, including risk and opportunity analysis.
- Lead regional sales reviews down to account and product level in line with commercial excellence initiatives.
- Partner with IT to define data architecture and reports for efficient business management.
- Implement process‑efficiency systems, improve S&OP processes, and establish forecast accuracy metrics.
- Manage people by setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and facilitating career development.
- Support key executives with executive meetings, reporting, business reviews, and board presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, IT, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
- Preferred MBA.
- At least 10 years of work experience, including 5 years in sales forecasting and demand planning.
- Advanced analytical skills and strong computer proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Programming experience with Excel macros, Power BI, and Visual Basic.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership, team‑building, and strategic thinking abilities.
Work Condition
Willing to work on‑site at the office at least three times a week.
