Job summary

Copeland is seeking a seasoned APAC & IMEA Forecasting & Sales Planning Manager to guide long- and short-term plans, overseeing analytics, dashboards and performance insights across Asia, MEA & India. You will drive forecast quality, lead regional reviews, and partner with IT to build scalable data solutions.

The role demands 10 years of experience including 5 in sales forecasting and demand planning, strong Excel/Power BI/VB skills, and proven leadership with strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, finance, IT, math, engineering or similar.
• MBA is preferable.
• 10 years of work experience.
• 5 years in Sales Forecasting and Demand Planning.
• Advanced analytical and computer skills; Excel Macro, Power BI and Visual Basic are a must.
• English fluency and good communication skills.
• Must be a good leader and team player with strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of statistical and collaborative sales forecasts using historical data and market drivers.
• Provide forecast adjustments to sales regional leaders to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain Sales Outlook database including risk & opportunity analysis.
• Lead regional reviews down to account and product level in line with commercial plans.
• Partner with IT to define data architecture and required reports.
• Implement process improvements to drive efficiency and insights across regions.
