Job summary

Mary Grace Cafe is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily commissary production operations, ensuring targets, product quality, food safety, and adherence to company standards. The role includes leading staff, monitoring GMP/HACCP, and coordinating with QA and Warehouse teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in food manufacturing or production operations and 1–2 years in supervision, with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in food manufacturing or commissary production.
• 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety, and production standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure targets and schedules are met.
• Lead, assign, and monitor production staff and manpower requirements.
• Monitor product quality, production processes, and adherence to GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of raw materials and finished products.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate material requirements with the Warehouse team.
• Minimize production wastage and address operational issues and delays.
• Ensure accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with QA, Warehouse, Engineering, and other departments as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and orderliness within the production area.
• Coach and train team members to ensure compliance with company standards.
