Job summary

Marygracecafe is seeking a QA Supervisor in the Philippines to ensure product safety and high quality, implementing GMP, HACCP and FSQMS across the production line. You will supervise QA Associates and Officers, coordinate CAPA closures, conduct GMP/HACCP audits, and lead improvement projects in Food Safety and Quality Systems, while ensuring timely quality releases and compliance across departments.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a science field and at least four years in food

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science field is required.
• Minimum 4 years of full-time experience in Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.
• Prior supervisory or assistant manager experience.
• Full experience in production-line quality assurance and QA system coverage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure production processes comply with quality standards.
• Coordinate GMP/HACCP activities and refresher trainings.
• Lead CAPA processes and close non-conformities from audits.
• Drive improvements in Food Safety and Quality Systems and ensure audit closures.
