Job summary

Fredley Group of Companies is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing plans across multiple brands in the Philippines. The role involves daily administrative tasks, reporting on marketing and sales metrics, and organizing promotions and events.

Collaborate with the Design team to create compelling marketing materials, keep thorough records of metrics and past campaigns, and prepare regular forecast reports.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management.
• Experience in the food & beverage or retail marketing is a plus.
• Ability to learn and adhere to brand standards and marketing practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication, campaign ideation, and familiarity with digital platforms.
• Ability to work well under pressure, both individually and in a team.
• Excellent project management skills to meet deadlines.
• Excellent multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing plans.
• Handle daily administrative tasks to keep the Marketing department running smoothly.
• Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, including conversion rates.
• Assist with organizing promotions and events.
• Coordinate with Design team to produce marketing materials.
• Maintain organized records of marketing metrics and past campaign results.
• Prepare regular sales forecasting reports.
• Monitor competitors’ marketing activities.
