JOB SUMMARY:

Food and beverage (F&B) services involve preparing, presenting, and serving food and drinks to customers, covering a wide range of establishments from restaurants and bars to catering and institutional cafeterias.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least college level or graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management

• With experience in hotel, restaurant, event place, café, resorts.

• With experience in organizing, set-up and preparation of events, functions

• With experience in dine-in service ranging from coffee shop service, fine dining, Chinese service and buffet service

• Familiar with local and international dishes and beverages both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

• Familiar with the restaurant or banquet operating equipment.
