Job summary

ARDESIA RESORT & SPA is seeking a friendly F&B Associate to deliver attentive guest service, greet guests to their tables, and present menus. You will take orders, answer questions, and upsell items to enhance the dining experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating with kitchen staff, serving and presenting bills, maintaining a clean dining area, and following food safety standards. Shift work, including weekends and holidays, is required, with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• With previous work experience as an F&B Associate, Wait Staff, or similar role.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage but not required.
• Food safety training or certification is an advantage.
• Attentive, patient, and guest-oriented.
• Good presentation and grooming standards.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

• Attend staff briefings regarding daily specials, menu changes, and reservations.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, health, and safety standards.
• Maintain punctuality and comply with company policies, rules, and regulations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior or authorized personnel.
