Vikings Group of Companies is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the F&B department across our dining concepts at Vikings SM Santa Rosa. You will lead service delivery, maintain food quality, manage costs and inventory, and ensure adherence to health and sanitation standards while guiding and developing the team.

The role calls for a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and 3–5 years in F&B operations, with strong leadership, budgeting, and MS Office skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in hotel/restaurant/buffet settings.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and customer service practices.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop team members.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Willing to work on-site and on flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to start immediately and be assigned to Vikings SM Santa Rosa.
