Job summary

Vikings Group of Companies seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive profitability. You will lead, coach, and develop the restaurant team while upholding food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to work on-site with flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience as Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role within hospitality/food service.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, food safety, and P&L management.
• Ability to resolve guest concerns and operational issues effectively.
• Willing to work on-site and on flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing and able to start immediately.
