Job summary

Vikings Group of Companies seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting. You will lead, coach, and develop staff while maintaining top standards in food quality, service, cleanliness, profitability, and policy compliance.

The role demands hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage inventory, food safety, and P&L.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
2–3 years of proven experience as Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Outstanding written and verbal communication with a customer-focused mindset.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, food safety, and P&L management.
Ability to resolve guest concerns and operational issues effectively.
Willing to work on-site and on flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Willing and able to start immediately.
