Makati (Sports) Club, Inc. is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead all aspects of our dining, bar, catering, and kitchen operations at our Makati City location.

You will ensure high service standards, quality, and profitability while maintaining our reputation for excellence and member satisfaction. The role requires strong financial acumen, leadership, and a proven track record in managing large F&B teams within hospitality or club settings.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of experience in food and beverage management within hospitality or club settings.
• Proven track record of managing large food and beverage operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and health regulations.
• Excellent financial acumen with budgeting, cost control, and profit management.
• Superior leadership and communication skills with ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Exceptional customer service orientation and member-focused mindset.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Experience in event planning and catering management is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of beverage management, wine selection, and bar operations.
• Proficiency in food and beverage management software and systems.
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Certification in Food Safety or HACCP advantageous.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our management team on a full-time basis at our Makati City Metro Manila location. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring consistently high standards of service, quality, and profitability. You will be responsible for managing our dining facilities, bars, and catering services whilst maintaining our reputation for excellence and exceeding member expectations. This position is integral to the club's success and directly impacts member satisfaction and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, kitchen, and catering services
