What You'll Do

• Manage beverage inventory, stock levels, ordering, receiving, and replenishment

• Implement proper controls for inventory usage, wastage, breakage, and variances

• Monitor beverage costs, margins, and operating expenses

• Maintain product quality, presentation, cleanliness, and bar standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager, Assistant Bar Manager, or similar leadership role in a bar, lounge, club, restaurant, or hospitality establishment

• Strong knowledge of bar operations, beverages, cocktails, inventory, and cost control

• Experience in POS, cash reconciliation, inventory management, and operational reporting

• Strong leadership and people-management skills

• Commercial mindset with an understanding of sales, costs, margins, and profitability

• Organized, accountable, and detail-oriented
