Key Responsibilities

1. Service Excellence

Guest Engagement: Greet guests warmly, manage seating flow, and provide personalized menu recommendations based on preferences or dietary needs.

Order Accuracy: Efficiently take and enter orders into the POS system, ensuring special requests are clearly communicated to the kitchen.

Table Management: Execute professional service sequences (serving from the right, clearing from the right) and maintain table cleanliness throughout the meal.

2. Product Knowledge

Menu Mastery: Maintain a deep understanding of all food and beverage offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine/cocktail pairings.

Upselling: Suggest appetizers, premium beverages, or desserts to enhance the guest experience and increase average check size.

3. Operational Support

Side Work: Complete opening, closing, and mid-shift duties, including polishing glassware, rolling silverware, and restocking service stations.

Safety & Hygiene: Adhere to all food safety protocols and alcohol service regulations (e.g., checking IDs and monitoring guest intoxication levels).

4. Team Collaboration

Communication: Coordinate with runners, bussers, and bar staff to ensure a smooth, synchronized service flow.
