Job Overview:

The Food Attendant assists in the preparation, serving, and cleanliness of food and beverages for customers. They maintain a clean and organized dining environment, ensure customer satisfaction, and support kitchen staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
• Ensure food is presented according to restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including wiping down tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally and effectively.
• Assist in restocking supplies, condiments, and utensils as necessary.
• Clean and sanitize food service areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
