• Food Attendant is responsible for serving food and beverages to customers in a restaurant, café, or other dining establishments.
• They ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting kitchen and waitstaff operations.
• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with menu selections and take food and drink orders.
• Food Delivery: Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure dining area, tables, and service areas are clean and well-organized.
• Order Accuracy: Ensure all orders are accurate and meet customer expectations before delivery.
