Overview
Food Attendant is responsible for serving food and beverages to customers in a restaurant, café, or other dining establishments. They ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting kitchen and waitstaff operations.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with menu selections and take food and drink orders.
- Food Delivery: Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure dining area, tables, and service areas are clean and well-organized.
- Order Accuracy: Ensure all orders are accurate and meet customer expectations before delivery.
- Handling Payments: Process customer payments, including cash, credit cards, or other methods.
- Cooperation: Work with kitchen staff, waitstaff, and management to ensure smooth service flow.
- Stocking and Supplies: Replenish food and beverage items and other supplies as necessary.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to food safety and cleanliness regulations.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is often preferred.
