Job summary

The Peninsula Manila invites an experienced F&B Manager to lead a diverse operations team in its luxury dining venues. You will oversee restaurants, bars, and private dining spaces, driving efficient, profitable performance and optimal staff and resource utilization.

Collaborating with the Hotel Manager, Director of F&B, and marketing colleagues, you will shape promotion strategies, manage budgets in line with brand expectations, and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Background in 5-star luxury hospitality.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industry.
• Strong experience in food and beverage operations.
• Ability to design creative and innovative promotions.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with Hotel Manager, Director of F&B, Asst. Director of F&B and Director of Brand Marketing and Communications in designing and developing the restaurant and bar’s marketing and promotion strategies

• Ensuring customer feedback is communicated throughout the Food and Beverage and Culinary Departments to create an environment where the customer is at the centre.
• Ensuring restaurant expectations are well disseminated to the team.
