• Planning, leading, and guiding all aspects of the restaurants, bars, and private dining spaces in conjunction with the Chef.
• Liaising with Hotel Manager, Director of Food and Beverage, Asst. Director of F&B and Director of Brand Marketing and Communications in designing and developing the restaurant and bar's marketing and promotion strategies
• Ensuring the budget is in line with brand expectations
• Ensuring customer feedback is communicated throughout the Food and Beverage and Culinary Departments to create an environment where the customer is at the centre.
• Ensuring restaurant expectations are well disseminated to the team.
