Job summary

The Peninsula Manila is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to lead a diverse operation and ensure profitable performance across restaurants, bars, and private dining spaces. You will partner with the Chef to plan and execute service standards and promotions in a luxury hotel setting.

You should have a strong background in 5-star hospitality with 5+ years in F&B management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage budgets and customer experiences at a premium level.

Qualifications

• Background in 5-star luxury hospitality.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Food and Beverage Manager role or similar capacity.
• Strong experience in food and beverage operations.
• Ability to design creative and innovative promotions.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and guide all aspects of the restaurants, bars, and private dining spaces in conjunction with the Chef.
• Liaise with Hotel Manager, Director of Food and Beverage, Asst. Director of F&B and Director of Brand Marketing and Communications in designing and developing marketing and promotion strategies.
• Ensure the budget is in line with brand expectations.
• Ensure customer feedback is communicated throughout the F&B and Culinary Departments to keep the customer at the centre.
• Ensure restaurant expectations are well disseminated to the team.
