Job summary

The Peninsula Manila is seeking a service-oriented Restaurant Manager to deliver a dining experience that meets Peninsula standards. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, plan schedules, and ensure guest satisfaction with fast, friendly service.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of experience in F&B management, excellent English communication, and broad knowledge of F&B operations. Strong leadership and a good character are essential in a premium hotel setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run the operation and supervise staff according to hotel policies and standards.

• Resolve guest complaints quickly to avoid further issues.
• Ensure service stations are staffed and equipped with glassware, cutlery, linen, condiments, and related supplies.
• Provide fast, efficient, friendly service to all guests.

Job Description:

We are looking for a service-oriented Restaurant Manager whose goal is to provide guests with a pleasant dining experience that lives up to Peninsula standard.

Key accountabilities

• To run the operation and carrying out his/her daily activities. To supervise the staff assigned to him/her, according to local policies, procedures and hotel standards.
• Preparing of monthly schedules. Checking staff side duties and responsibilities. Responsible for securing that the area assigned to him/her is always safe and in clean condition.
• Responsible in solving problems and complaints made by the hotel guests, in soonest possible time to avoid further complaints.
• Ensures the service stations are properly staffed and equipped to render service to the guest. This includes proper supplies of glassware, cutlery, chinaware, ice, linen menu, decorations, condiments and side stands supplies.
• To provide fast efficient friendly service to all the guests.

General Requirements

• With at least two to three years experience as Food and Beverage Restaurant Manager or at least in a similar position
• Should have excellent oral and written English communication skills
• With broad knowledge in all aspects of Food and Beverage Operations
• With strong leadership and management skills
• With good moral character, responsible and hardworking
