Job summary

621 Foodchow OPC is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to lead warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise staff, monitor performance, and generate reports while driving continuous improvements to reduce variances and maintain accurate records, with a focus on food safety and compliance.

Preferred candidates reside near Silang, Cavite, with 3–5 years in the field and 1–2 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Supply Chain or Logistics.
• 3–5 years in warehouse, inventory, and supply chain operations; 1–2 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and cycle counting.
• Experience in FMCG, food service, retail, or distribution preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and warehouse management software.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination.
• Knowledge of food safety and occupational health and safety regulations.
• Residence near Silang, Cavite preferred.

Responsibilities
