Job summary

Unilogix, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch for finished goods and raw materials.

You will lead warehouse staff, ensure inventory accuracy, and coordinate with Logistics, Production, and Purchasing to meet material needs while maintaining GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is required.
• Prior warehouse supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, GMP, and warehousing systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office; exposure to WMS/ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse personnel and daily warehouse activities.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, storage, picking, and dispatch operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper documentation.
• Maintain warehouse layout, cleanliness, GMP, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Production, and Purchasing on material needs.
• Monitor FIFO/FEFO implementation for raw materials and finished goods.
• Prepare and review warehouse reports (inventory, variances, movement).
• Address discrepancies, damages, and operational issues promptly.
• Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Train staff on SOPs, safety standards, and warehouse best practices.

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of materials and finished goods. This role monitors inventory accuracy, implements warehouse procedures, and ensures compliance with food safety, GMP, and safety standards. The Warehouse Supervisor leads warehouse staff, coordinates with Production, Procurement, and Logistics, and ensures timely, accurate movement of goods to support uninterrupted plant operations. This role is essential in maintaining organized, safe, and efficient warehouse workflows.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Willing to report onsite at Merville, Parañaque City.
