Qualifications

• Graduate of business administration/management or related program.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; food distributor or operations management experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to promote efficiency toward profitability.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, logistics software, and other operational software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with logistics and warehouse processes is a plus.
• Willing to work night shift.
• Preferably residing in Mahabang Parang, Batangas City or nearby areas.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory records and maintain accuracy.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement to forecast inventory needs.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities (receiving, storing, dispatching).
• Manage warehouse staff schedules and performance.
