Job summary

MANILA CATERING CORPORATION is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to maintain stock levels, oversee inbound and outbound goods, and enforce GMP and HACCP standards. You will manage storage conditions and coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics for smooth material flow.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field with 2–4 years in warehouse operations, preferably in food manufacturing, and strong organizational/communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of inventory systems, warehouse management software, and food safety standards.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished products through systematic monitoring and reporting.
• Supervise unloading, inspection, and documentation of incoming goods; oversee timely dispatch of finished products.
• Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, FIFO/LIFO) to maintain product quality and safety.
• Prepare delivery receipts, stock cards, and warehouse reports for management review.
• Enforce GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards in warehouse operations.
• Work closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Lead warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance to achieve operational efficiency.
