• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of FMCG sales operations, channels, and trade marketing.
• Experience managing key accounts, distributors, and retail channels.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel for client visits, business meetings, and field sales activities.
