Job summary

The role requires 10–15 years of senior FMCG sales leadership, proven success with distributors and key accounts, and a results-driven mindset.

Fluency in Tagalog and English is essential; an MBA is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required; MBA or postgraduate qualifications advantageous.
• 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience within sales in FMCG.
• Experience engaging at senior/director level with distributors and key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to optimize revenue growth and market share.
• Review and optimize sales policies including pricing, key account management, and distribution strategies.
• Lead end-to-end channel sales processes to achieve and exceed targets across retail environments.
• Cultivate key business partnerships and high-level stakeholder relationships to drive growth.
• Negotiate optimal agreements with clients ensuring alignment with company goals and market standards.
• Oversee planning processes including JBPs and Trade-to-Trade initiatives with disciplined execution.
• Ensure in-store execution with assortment compliance, strategic placement and impactful promotions.
• Support SCM initiatives to deliver best-in-class operational programs across planning and commercial operations.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team with a culture of continuous improvement.
