Job summary

PM Consulting in Metro Manila, Philippines is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with FMCG experience to manage end-to-end recruitment. The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding to fulfill manpower requirements while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, and drive effective sourcing through multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field.
• 2-4 years in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition, FMCG preferred.
• Experience handling recruitment across corporate, sales, marketing, supply chain, manufacturing or operations.
• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment and recruitment best practices.
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies using portals, social media, networks and referrals.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess fit based on qualifications and competencies.
• Coordinate interviews with managers and provide timely feedback.
• Monitor progress, timelines and KPIs to optimize talent acquisition.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker with accurate records.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives to attract top talent.
• Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and procedures.
