Job summary

Our Clients in Metro Manila, Philippines, is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist with FMCG experience. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, sourcing strategies, and close collaboration with hiring managers to attract top talent across business functions.

The candidate will handle posting, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding, and recruitment metrics in a fast-paced environment, with on-site and hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably FMCG.
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment for various functions including sales, marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, and corporate roles.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recruitment coordination skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS, and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding coordination.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and priorities.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies using portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Identify and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and managers.
• Monitor progress and maintain recruitment records, dashboards and metrics.
• Support employer branding and other talent acquisition initiatives.
