Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales, business development, marketing, category management, commercialization, product development, or strategic projects.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Strong business case development and financial modeling capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management tools is an advantage.
• Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms for research, analysis, productivity, and project support is an advantage.
• FMCG or food industry experience is required.
