Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in e-commerce, category management, or related roles.
• Strong business acumen and relationship-building.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for data and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and develop brands and sellers to strengthen product assortment.
• Negotiate terms and develop JBPs for growth.
• Analyze category performance and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Support growth of emerging and mid-to-long-tail merchants.
• Improve seller and customer experience through metrics and collaboration.
• Plan and execute category initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare business reviews and reports to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with Campaign, Affiliate, Ads, Operations, and Product teams.
