Job summary

Sappo Hille Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Channel Distributor Specialist to manage distributors across key local channels and drive coverage and penetration.

You will mentor the team, coordinate deliveries with logistics, and report on distributor performance, while delivering sales and KPI targets and introducing new products.

The role requires strong communication, analysis, planning, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's/College Degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage distributor(s) in the assigned area and drive penetration and distribution across key channels.
• Coordinate deliveries with the logistics team to ensure quality customer service.
• Deliver sales and KPI targets and ensure growth in areas of responsibility.
• Introduce and sell new products and execute trade initiatives.
• Report competitor activities and identify new distributors for uncovered areas.
