Job summary

Suyen Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Distributor Specialist to drive volume growth by managing third-party distributors, wholesalers, and institutional accounts. You will align with the sales strategy to expand market footprint, ensure product availability, and meet territory targets.

Requirements: 1–2 years in account management or channel sales, a Bachelor’s in business or marketing, strong negotiation and Excel skills, and willingness to travel with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of solid experience in Account Management, Channel Sales, or Distributor Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and B2B client management skills.
• Excellent MS Excel skills for data analysis and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Manage, evaluate, and support third‑party distributors, wholesalers, and key sub-distributors to meet sales targets.
• Formulate territory sales plans and collaborate with Trade Marketing to execute launches and promotions.
• Review distributor data, monitor credit and collections, and share market insights with Sales Management.
