Job summary

Fly Ace Corporation is seeking a Distributor Development Specialist for Mindoro to drive growth, strengthen distributor partnerships, and ensure top-notch execution of sales and trade programs. The role suits a results-driven sales professional with fieldwork experience in FMCG and strong business relationships.

You will work to set and track goals, coach distributors, and collaborate with Merch and third-party partners to meet strategic objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management or related field.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably FMCG.
Strong experience in distributor management, sales operations, and route-to-market execution.
Knowledge of trade programs, merchandising, and field sales operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong communication skills.
Willing to travel extensively within Mindoro and nearby territories.

Responsibilities

Execute projects, programs and standards set by the sales management team and provide feedback from insights gathered.
Set, track, measure and coach the distributor and DSP towards success in covering opportunities.
Interact with Merch counterparts and third-party agencies to ensure goals are achieved.
Implement and control AR collection and submission of claims.
Prudently manage approved budgets in trade and assets.
Implement programs to improve distributor understanding, grow routes, and enhance selling methods in territory.
Execute programs to improve understanding of distributor business and performance.
