Qualifications

• Experience in account management, distributor or key accounts, or has previously worked in Unilever.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft applications.
• Strong operational skills.
• Analytical thinking, passion for high performance, and bias for action.
• Can drive and work on a field-based role within Greater Manila Area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee distributor operations and ensure effective coverage of channels covered.
• Land and lead execution of category-growing initiatives to win in the customer via cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management.
• Localize the national strategy in helping the distributor to deliver priority KPIs.
• Ensure perfect basics such as stock availability, replenishment, and fulfillment.
• Land distributor turnaround strategy in coordination with Channels team.
• Ensure profitability of the distributor handled within the assigned area.
