Suyen Corporation is seeking a Distributor Specialist to drive volume growth through third‑party distributors and institutional accounts across assigned territories.

You will link corporate sales with distributors, ensuring products are widely available, competitively positioned, and meeting targets in the Philippines market. Strong negotiation, analytics, and travel willingness are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of solid experience in account management, channel sales, or distributor management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and B2B client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage third-party distributors, wholesalers, and key sub-distributors to hit monthly and annual targets.
• Audit distributor warehouses, monitor inventory, and ensure on-shelf availability.
• Onboard new distributors to expand brand footprint into unpenetrated territories.
• Formulate territory sales plans and coordinate trade promotions with marketing.
• Negotiate distributor terms within corporate pricing structures.
• Review distributor sales data, forecast demand, and address performance gaps.
• Monitor accounts receivable, credit limits, and collection schedules.
