Job Summary:

Dream trips in business and first class become affordable when a detail-oriented Travel Concierge Support Specialist is on the case. You will manage client conversations and flight bookings for our travel concierge service, finding and securing award flights through airline points and miles programs so travelers can fly premium cabins at a fraction of the usual price. A confident communicator with a customer service background and hands-on travel booking experience is the ideal fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer client booking requests and questions on WhatsApp promptly, in a friendly and professional manner
• Search airline frequent flyer programs to confirm real award seat availability across airlines and routes
• Compare booking options across airlines and loyalty programs to find the best value for each client
• Share flight options and pricing with clients and confirm their choice
• Finish bookings once client payment arrives, and email confirmed itineraries
• Take on simple additional bookings such as hotels and car rentals as the service expands
