MIX Market Integrated Xploration Corporation in San Fernando, Pampanga, is seeking a Fleet Operations Manager to plan and direct all fleet activities, manage maintenance, enforce vehicle usage policies, and optimize fuel cost efficiency using Fleethunt.

The role covers compliance with local regulations, safety, and data management; you will maintain records, coordinate registrations, and report on fleet utilization.

Responsibilities

• Ø Plan, direct, and monitor all activities related to the company's fleet
• Ø Schedule, monitor vehicle maintenance, repairs and inspections with Job Order
• Ø Develop and enforce policies for vehicle usage
• Ø Manage fuel consumption and ensure cost efficiency
• Ø RFID Management and Maintenance
• Ø Fuel Purchase Order Issuance and Monitoring
• Ø Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule(PMS)
• Ø Coordinate repairs and maintenance with service providers
• Ø Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Ø Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and servicing with Job Order
• a. Ensure compliance with local, regional, & national transportation regulations.
• b. Maintain records of vehicle licenses, inspections, & insurance.
• c. Coordination of OR/CR Registration & Insurance of company vehicles
• a. Utilize Fleethunt software for tracking and reporting
• b. Analyze data to improve fleet utilization and reduce downtime
• Working Hours:Monday to Saturday
• 6:00 am - 3:00 pm
• 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Overtime: Willing to extend working hours when required.
• Place of Work: Head Office – Bulaon, City of San Fernando, Pampanga
• Equipment, Apps, Machines Needed: Computer, printer, access to Fleethunt application software

Duties & Responsibilities:

1) Fleet Operations Management

6:00 am - 3:00 pm

8:00 am - 5:00 pm

9:00 am - 6:00 pm
