Job summary

BYD Philippines is seeking an experienced Fleet Sales Manager to lead and grow our fleet sales operations in the region.

You will develop and maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients, fleet managers, and dealer partners, analyze market trends, and collaborate with marketing and regional teams to tailor promotions. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, coaching of sales teams, and reporting to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the fleet sales operations within the assigned region to meet or exceed fleet sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, fleet management companies, bank partners, insurance partners, and dealer partners to drive fleet vehicle sales.
• Monitor fleet performance, provide insights and support to clients, and develop strategic plans to grow fleet sales business.
• Collaborate with marketing and regional teams to develop tailored fleet promotional campaigns and offerings.
• Analyze fleet sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide training, support, and guidance to dealership and fleet sales teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
• Prepare and present monthly sales reports, market analysis, and client feedback to senior management.
• Perform other duties related as assigned.
